During the last 40 years I have walked the yoga path. On that journey I have had the support of great yoga teachers. It is as a part of my thanks to those teachers that I offer you this Utopian Yoga process to help to support your life.
I have presented Utopian Yoga for 25 years and have completed teacher trainings in many relevant disciplines including yoga Pilates Feldenkrais, various body-work modalities education and some Qi Gong.
As I have immersed in these trainings, I have simultaneously synthesised the Utopian Yoga process based on practice and research. It has been fine-tuned over the years.
Growing up in Dunedin, New Zealand, I chose to be a practitioner of yoga at age 18 and that has been my life journey since then. I feel very fortunate and thankful to my teachers and very appreciative of their trainings which I have received and to all the people I have met along the way.
Utopian Yoga, is a synthesis of disciplines organised for both ease of practice and wellness. The outcomes include, better posture, greater mobility, improved breathing, enhanced movement and greater peace of mind. I believe it represents a way of living efficiently in this body/home that we have been gifted.
